Noah Scott Warman was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son and grandson of dedicated union members.  He attended Roger Bacon High School, a Franciscan institution which instilled in him a desire to serve justice in his vocation.  After graduating from high school Noah attended the University of Chicago, the first in his family to attend college.  He graduated with honors in 1991 after studying U.S. and English history.

Noah attended the University of Virginia School of Law where his studies focused on labor and employment law.  After graduating in 1994 he began working with Sugarman & Susskind representing labor unions, benefit funds, and working men and women.  Noah returned to the firm in 2007 after working with Carmell Charone Widmer Moss & Barr in Chicago.

Throughout his career Noah has represented a broad range of labor unions, including locals affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the International Association of Fire Fighters, the Communications Workers of America, and the International Union of Operating Engineers, among others.  His practice has encompassed all aspects of labor law, whether private sector matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act or public sector issues under Florida's Public Employees Relations Act.  Noah has assisted unions in organizing campaigns, bargained contracts, presented arbitrations, and represented unions and workers in unfair labor practice hearings.  In addition he has represented labor unions in cases involving the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959.

Noah has also represented individual employees ranging from janitors to museum curators in negotiating severance agreements, reviewing non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and challenging unjust terminations.  Noah has also had extensive experience in wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act against employers that have failed to pay minimum wage and overtime to their workers.  He has appeared in cases before the National Labor Relations Board, the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, the federal Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Northern and Middle Districts of Illinois.

Noah is a member of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law section and an active participant in the AFL-CIO Lawyers' Coordinating Committee.
